Glad we were able to chat and get you on the bandwagon. I'll admit, the UI (or lack there of) is the most lagging feature of UMH from a solutions point-of-view. But this is where I would put UMH closer to HighByte than Ignition. With what you are trying to provider for your customers is a solution, while UMH is more of an infrastructure the solution is built off of. Going from classic to umh-core is even more stark, but with it gives you the flexibility to integrate it however seen fit. Now as for the odoo of manufacturing, why not just make an odoo manufacturing module? It already has a decent UI and schema to work off of, and it packages really well for deployment (container).
