Would this not be solved if reworking the umh datasource, kind of.. If having a strict data structure it should be quite easy to use an API to return data and an API to write data as well.. It should be quite doable to create a dashbord editor with drag and drop and use apache echarts and some standard js buttons for writing. Setting a standard input for data for the charts based on the data model.
