^ the above issue is resolved. If you have upgraded and are stuck on 0.6.15, please use the following command to rollback. Then do an upgrade via the Management Console again to upgrade to 0.6.16 automatically.

sudo $(which kubectl) --kubeconfig /etc/rancher/k3s/k3s.yaml set image statefulset/mgmtcompanion mgmtcompanion=management.umh.app/oci/united-manufacturing-hub/mgmtcompanion:0.6.14 -n mgmtcompanion && sudo $(which kubectl) --kubeconfig /etc/rancher/k3s/k3s.yaml delete pod mgmtcompanion-0 -n mgmtcompanion

Can confirm this resolved my issue too. Updated also without checking here prior, and was already wondering 🙂
