Sadly no events, the last restart might have been to long ago. What you can try is, to re-start the companion via

sudo $(which kubectl) --kubeconfig /etc/rancher/k3s/k3s.yaml -n mgmtcompanion delete pod mgmtcompanion-0

but that is definatly no permanent fix
