Ok, on deeper inspection, yes the links you provided have all the information I needed....and is more up to date.... For some reason the article from the blog gave me a better overview understanding....not sure exactly why...I was just able to follow it a little better. However I do see that it says that groups will be separated by _ and that is no longer the case, it is now $....which actually isn't described in the docs...
