i have looked at appsmith before and it is more like a power bi, just like retool.. It lacks some important connectors and it is not that simple to add buttons etc.. What we/i am looking for is an easy frontend with say 5-10 drag/drop elements that is pre-configured(not fully) with connectors so the shopfloor manager could build an easy dashboard in 10min. This with button connectors to send data either through mqtt or through websockets for starting and order from erp or send a stop reason to a database..
