I would go for ex enterprise, as those hardware has typically some more "ease of life" features that quickly pays off, e.g., a remote terminal that allows you to boot from a new iso without connecting a keyboard, mouse and screen. please note that kubernetes high availability requires at least 3 nodes to work properly.
