I am experiencing the error in a test Docker Desktop environment. For installation I followed the instructions with the management console (https://mgmt.docs.umh.app/docs/getstarted/download/). After installing UMH-Lens I noticed that no pods are created. I then extracted the logs from the Docker Desktop environment. Does anyone else have any ideas?

03/13/2023, 12:12 PMHow do you know that there are no pods? If you are using UMHLens, have you switched to the "united-manufacturing-hub namespace? I see that in the current tutorials this step is missing
