Hello @channel I am trying to push MQTT data from an external edge device to Nodered in a remote server, any insight on how this can be implemented? I want to use a custom MQTT topic to be referenced in nodered, what other configurations do I need to do? Can I use ia/raw/custom_topic to use the internal MQTT broker?

Yes, any mention with regards to what values can be given in place of "customerID", we are using a custom topic as ia/custom_topic/processValue, will this work? I am trying to push json msg.payload through nodered, to this custom topic, but when i do so the "Value to query" tab in Grafana dashboard does not appear. Is factoryinsight api mandatory? the topic takes too much time to reflect as a path in "Work cell to query", what could be the reason for this?
