The version you download and run is the commercial version.. You need how ever change passwords and stuff by yourself before putting it in production. There is a paid plan but not for the software(since everything is open source) it is for support and implementation.. So if you are not able to set it up by your self and maintain it you can get a support plan.. They also have some hardware you can by.. If i am not completely wrong.
