Last time I checked, around 2-3 years ago, Siemens had a rate limiter on their Simatic IPC, anything sending data to any non Mind-Sphere Cloud was heavily rate-limited by their internal proxy, no official way around it. I think it was SIMATIC IPC227E Industrial Edge Device but I am not 100% certain on the exact model.
