The goal of this video was to use Ignition Perspective as an alternative to Grafana (with the difference that Grafana pulls data from the historian, an in the video I pull data from the UNS). You're not the only person who asked how to write data back to the UMH. I think that's an interesting topic. I haven't experimented with it yet, but there's two additional MQTT modules for Ignition that allow publishing messages. I would try to publish messages to a topic structure that aligns with the UMH data model so that the data will be picked up by the historian, as you already said
