we tried once talking to grafana, but it became clear that IoT and Manufacturing in general is not what they are or want to monetize. therefore, the OSS version is perfectly fine for all of our use-cases. side-note: we are a happy user of grafana cloud for monitoring, logging and metrics for our internal infrastructure. as soon as you go into IT monitoring, buying something from grafana is recommended
